2/24/17 Competition Info

Details for 2/24/17 Williams Field High School Competition:

                Call Time:  5 p.m.
                Performance Time:  9:25 p.m..
                Awards:  10:25 p.m.
                Estimated Return Time:  11 p.m.

      Other Details:  
  • Be sure the kids eat a good meal before reporting for call time
  • Send a lunch if the pre-call time meal will not hold them overthey will most likely not have time to go to the concession stand.
  • Participants will be provided donated water and snacks at the competition.
  • Please be sure students have their grey Pinnacle Percussion shirt, black socks, and drumline shoes.  They should also wear black shorts or black athletic pants for warm-ups.  Compression shorts, bike shorts, spandex shorts, or the like should be worn under the black shorts at warm-ups and under the uniform at the competition.  A short sleeve form fitting compression shirt should be worn under the grey Pinnacle Percussion shirt during warms-ups and under the uniform at the competition.
  • If you plan to watch the kids perform, try to be at the location at least 20 minutes before performance time as the schedule sometimes varies.
  • Cost of spectator admission is $8, Children under 5 are free.
  • Please sign-up to volunteer!!!
    • We need snacks, a chaperone, help with uniforms, etc. (almost everything!) for this Saturday.
    • Chaperones need to have current volunteer paperwork on file.  Please contact Deb McWhorter or respond to this email if you have any questions.
